Over the last few years, the usage of Drones has grown tremendously in multiple industries including real estate, construction, agriculture, e-commerce, utilities, media, and insurance. To fly a drone for any reason that is considered nonrecreational, you must possess a FAA 107 license that demonstrates that you understand the regulations, operating requirements, and procedures for safely flying drones. This two hour course serves as an introduction to Adjust U’s premiere drone class which will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to pass the FAA 107 certification drone test.
Those that attend the conference will have the option to take the full drone course at a reduced rate of $79.99 on February 1st, at the Mid-America Catastrophe Services home office in Mobile, Alabama.

This is a class taught by an experienced earthquake claim manager that teaches insurance adjusters about; the internet tools specific to earthquake claim handling, earthquake policy coverage; how to avoid pitfalls when handling an earthquake claim; how to determine if a crack was caused by an earthquake or by some other cause; how to determine non-structural vs structural earthquake damage; guidelines on when to engage an engineer or other expert on an earthquake claim; pictures of what earthquake damage looks like; and how to properly repair earthquake damage.

Wood floor coverings are suspectable to distress from many instances. This can include installation deficiencies, improper acclimation, and/or exposure to moisture. While most of the time this distress only affects the flooring material, it can cause damage to adjacent structural components. In this course, Structural Damage from the Expansion of Hardwood, we will discuss how this can happen, how to identify it, and how to prevent it.
